I got myself one after I saw an ad for it on YouTube. And I’m so glad I did. This thing is a lifesaver for someone who’s been suffering from migraines, such as myself. Personally, I prefer the cold treatment, especially on a warm day. It really just melts the pain away.

My partner got this for me because he said I was taking too many painkillers. I have to say that it does the same job, if not better. I like to just put it in the microwave for a few seconds and slide it over my head for a minute or two. It honestly feels really great. I can’t describe it.

Excellent product, highly recommend it. I was skeptical at first but it really works. The material is soft as silk and the gel never gets too cold even when you leave it in the freezer for days.

I was having regular headaches, so this migraine cap couldn’t have come at a better time. I do struggle with migraines as well but have been pretty good at doing what I need to do to not trigger it. But some days, it just sneaks up on me, and I have to live with it until it passes. Normally I’d wet a washcloth, put it in a ziplock bag and place it in the freezer to cool it and then use it to put over my head and eyes as a cold compress. This does that but without the mess, instantly, and it gives a sort of pressure-relieving feeling when you wear it.

Pros: It was cold right out of the package. Clear instructions. Stays in place. Adjustable cap. Able to walk around with it on your head instead of holding an ice pack to your head. Able to pull it down completely to cover the eyes. Made of soft, comfortable material.

Cons: I can’t find these in stores and have to buy them online. Wished I’d found them earlier.
